We offer programs to assist with activities of daily living (ADL's) such as shampooing, baths, meal prep, medication set up, and light housekeeping. We provide foot care to older adults, which assists with diabetic management.
Foot Care Clinics
Did you know? Good foot care and regular foot checks are an important part of your health care. If foot care is difficult for you or a loved one to manage, the Health Department can help! We now offer Foot Care Clinics, every Tuesday. Services are provided by a Registered Nurse or Home Health Aide and the cost is only $20.00. Call 694-2900 to schedule an appointment.
In-home Foot Care
We also offer these services in your home for the low cost $25. Please call 694-2900 to schedule your appointment.

Payment of Services
Clinical services are available on a "Sliding-Scale". Private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare are accepted as well. Some service may require a payment at time of service.
To qualify for the sliding-scale pricing you must bring the following to your appointment:
- Proof of income for all adults, who are working, in your household
- Photo ID
- Proof of address
