Administration
Reno County Board of County Commissioners is offering for sale $517,829 in Kansas Rehabilitation Tax Credits that were issued as a result of a renovation project in the Reno County Courthouse which is listed on the Register of Historic Places. The renovation project was completed in May 2024, and tax credits were issued through the Kansas State Rehabilitation Tax Credit Program.
Sealed bids for the entire amount ($517,829) of tax credits must be received by June 4, 2025, at 5:00 pm. Bids must be submitted in an envelope marked “Reno County Tax Credits”. The bid may be delivered via commercial carrier, hand delivered to the Reno County Commission Office, 206 West 1st, Hutchinson, KS 67501, or emailed to [email protected].

Reno County has a Request for Proposal (RFP) to bid on a 60ft x 80ft x 16ft Metal Building w/ 70ft x 90ft Concrete Slab located at 595 E Ave G St, Hutchinson,Kansas 67501.
Send or hand deliver bids to the County Administration Office, Attn: Kyle Stewart, Reno County Courthouse, 206 W. 1st Ave. Hutchinson Kansas by 12:00pm on Friday, May 30th 2025. Bids will be unsealed at 1:00pm on May 30th 2025 on the 1st floor of the courthouse. The opening of bids will be open to the public. Staff will review the bids the following week. This project must be bonded.
