District Court

General Information

Reno County District Court is the 27th Judicial District of Kansas. The court has general original jurisdiction over all civil and criminal cases, including divorce and domestic relations, damage suits, probate and administration of estates, guardianships, conservatorships, care of the mentally ill, juvenile matters, and small claims.

Jurors will not report Tuesday, June 9th, 2026. Your next reporting date is Monday, June 15th, 2026. Please call or check our website on Sunday, June 14th, 2026, after 5:00 pm to confirm this reporting date

Masks or face coverings are no longer mandatory in court areas. Those who feel more comfortable wearing a face covering are encouraged to do so. If you have any concerns while you are in the courthouse serving on jury duty please speak with court staff and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
