Department services are available on a "Sliding-Scale". Private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare are accepted as well. Some service may require a payment at time of service.
To qualify for the sliding-scale pricing you must bring the following to your appointment:
- Proof of income for all adults, who are working, in your household
- Photo ID
- Proof of address
