Detective Division
Responsibilities
The detective division has eight sergeants, four deputies, and six civilian employees who are responsible for:
- Arrest warrant service
- Case investigations
- Crime analysis
- Drug enforcement / investigation
- Digital Forensics
- Fugitive extradition
- Juvenile matters
- Offender registration
- Service support
Detectives are also responsible for overseeing the Crime Stoppers of Reno County, hostage negotiations, and various other added duties.
