Thank You, Leslie: Honoring 11 Years of Financial Leadership at Reno County

Reno County celebrated the retirement of Leslie Roederer with a reception in the Veterans Room on Monday, December 15, from 3–4:30 p.m. Leslie began her career with Reno County on September 22, 2014, as a financial specialist. Over the past 11 years, her role evolved significantly, even as her title remained the same.

Leslie has served as the primary liaison between Reno County and our auditing firm, Adams Brown, and has worked tirelessly to help keep the county in a strong financial position with consistently clean audits. Her dedication, professionalism, and commitment have made a lasting impact on the organization.

Leslie is a valued employee who will be greatly missed. Her last day with Reno County is Friday, December 19, 2025. We wish her a well-deserved and happy retirement filled with good health, joy, and fun new endeavors.
