We want to congratulate Cline on her retirement. Cline has held positions within each of the three Youth Services programs: Shelter, Detention and currently in Intake and Assessment. She has been well known for her friendships with co-workers and praised for her productivity, reliability and teamwork.

Jessica Susee, Assistant Director of Youth Services, said that Cline’s heart, compassion and service to youth and families demonstrate how incredible a person she is and how she has been valued as an asset to our agency and community. Tammy takes a nonjudgmental, supportive and safe approach when interacting with those in crisis which has helped her establish rapport with even the toughest of youth who have given up on themselves and have been given up on by others. She gives honest, direct communication with colleagues, youth and parents and her genuine approach coupled with compassion is very effective.
