Some changes are happening out at the Reno County Landfill!

The old scale house building has been demolished to make room for the next landfill cell. This scale house was constructed in 1994 with an addition in 2005.

The current 2,600 square foot scale house was opened in February, 2022, and includes offices for county staff and inbound and outbound scales.
