The Highlands combined an Open House for Reno County Fire District #3, Station 2, and a community social event Sunday from 4-7 pm. The Reno County Health Department and the Kansas Medical Reserve Corps (MRC) had an informational area for people to learn more about CPR and how to volunteer for the MRC in Reno County. The Reno County Sheriff's Office and Reno County Emergency Medical Services were represented at the community event. There were food trucks, an inflatable, corn hole tournament and a drawing for a pool pass and a round of golf.
