Downtown Hutch Master Plan unveiled at Memorial Hall

According to the DowntownHutchMasterPlan.com site, the master plan reimagines Hutchinson's downtown and creates a roadmap for the future. These plan recommendations were built by going through the steps of understanding and evaluating downtown's current state and composition, identifying downtown's biggest challenges and assets, hosting discussions and working together to identify Hutchinson's vision for downtown and determining opportunities for land use improvements and aesthetic enhancements. Olsson Studios, who have created the master plan, will take all of the community comments and feedback and will bring back a final report.
