Dept. of Aging Launches Wellness Series to Empower Healthier Lives - Every Friday in April

Reno County's Department of Aging began a brand new Community Collaboration Series last Friday, focused on empowering individuals and families with knowledge, resources, and tools to lead healthier lives.
The series began with Paula Miller, a passionate nutrition coach, who spoke about her personal wellness story and shared valuable lessons on healthy living, nutrition, and prevention. Her talk was "How to Prevent Alzheimer's, Diabetes, Heart Disease, Cancer and Auto-Immune Diseases."
The Community Wellness Series: A Path to Health & Prevention:
